Port Test Set

Port Forwarding???
I am trying to get a port opened up for TCP and UDP on a Siemens Speedstream 4200 DSL modem. I got it set to forward the ports to my PCs IP, but there is a router between the modem and my PC.The router is a D-Link DIR 625. I tried to set the router to forward the ports to my PC, but it don't seem to be working. (port forwarding test fails), so I tried it on the modem with the same failed results. What do I need to do to get this setup working correctly?
With the 4200 you actually have a ROUTER! It needs to be put into BRIDGE MODE first! Then you can configure the Dlink and all should work as advertised.
Here are the directions for setting the 4200

Once you have that done, connect the dlink and use the information on http://portforward.com to configure the router.
That should get it.
Good Luck and God Bless
